Upcoming NSRC Staff and Volunteer Activities Around the World
2010
August 2-6: Hervey Allen of the NSRC and Carlos Armas (NSRC Volunteer) will be teaching a Network Monitoring and Management workshop in Spanish at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, León, in León, Nicaragua.
August 9-13: Dale Smith will be attending the APAN 30 meeting and then travel to Bangladesh to assist the BDREN. APAN 30 will take place in Hanoi, Vietnam.
September 13-17: The NSRC will be organizing, assisting and teaching at a Campus Best Practices Workshop to be held with the Ghanaian Academic Research Network (GARNET) and the Ghana Network Operators Group (ghNOG) at the University of Education in Winneba, Ghana.
September 20-24: The NSRC will be assisting with both French and English versions of the Advanced Registry Operations Course (AROC) to be held in conjunction with the Africa Top Level Domains AFTLD) meeting to be held in Bamako, Mali.
October 11-15: The NSRC will be assisting and teaching at the WALC 2010 event to be held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
November 1-4: Dale Smith from the NSRC will chair the Emerging National Research and Education Networking (NREN) sessions at the Fall 2010 Internet2 Member Meeting to be held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
