This three day workshop introduces ccTLD executives, managers, and operations personnel to the art of cyber attack and contingency response planning as a method to manage and mitigate operational risk. Contingency response plans are a core component of business continuity programs, and can increase the survivability of critical operations within your organization.
In this workshop, students are introduced to the 8-step contingency planning process through use of innovative templates, which are tailored to ccTLDs, and greatly simplify the art of conducting risk management.
