The Partnership for Higher Education (PHEA) and AfNOG are engaged in ICT infrastructure and capacity building for a selected number of universities and institutions of higher learning from West and East Africa. The goal is to strengthen the network management skills of campus operators and institutionalize capacity building, particularly in the area of bandwidth management. The Partnership for Higher Education in Africa (PHEA) has engaged AfNOG to assist in the effort to achieve this goal.
