DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Internet Measurement Conference \n(IMC) is a three-and
 -a-half day event \nfocusing on Internet measurement and \nanalysis. The co
 nference is sponsored by \nACM SIGCOMM. IMC 2026 is the 26th in a \nseries 
 of highly successful Internet \nMeasurement Workshops and Conferences.\n\nT
 his is the second edition of IMC with two \ndeadlines per year (November 20
 th\, 2025 \nand April 29th\, 2026) and an optional one-\nshot-revision proc
 ess across deadlines. The \nkey goal of these novelties is (i) to further \
 nenhance the quality and timeliness of the \npapers we publish\; (ii) provi
 de more \nflexibility in submission timing\, with \nguaranteed timeliness o
 f reviews\; (iii) \nallowing exciting but not-yet-ready papers to \nreceive
  a one-shot-revision decision in lieu of \nrejection (allowed only for one 
 round)\; and \nallow researchers to spread out their \nsubmissions across t
 he year and submit high \nquality work. As these novelties will affect \nde

 pers \nrejected at IMC 2025 cannot be submitted to \nthe November 20th\, 20
