 States \nResearch and Education Network \n(ASREN)\, the e-AGE2011 and \nbui
 lding on the success of the \nprevious EUMED Events\, and in \nconjunction 
 with the Internet2 SIG \nand AfREN\, e-AGE2012 is \nplanned to present the 
 status and \nfuture opportunities to develop \nPan-Arab R&E network integra
 tion \nmodels and beyond to Europe\, the \nUS\, and the globe at large. e-\
 nAGE2012 will include several \nregional events and activities that \nfocus
  on research\, education and \ne-Infrastructures:\n \nThe fifth Event on Eu
 ro-\nMediterranean  e-Infrastructure \nThe second annual meeting of \nASREN
 \nCHAIN-REDS kickoff meeting\n \nMoreover special sessions will be \ndedica
 ted to specific domains\, \nmainly focusing on experiences in \nConnectivit
 y and e-Infrastructure\, \nApplications and services in the \nscientific do
 mains\, and Case \nstudies with impact indicators and \nmeasures. It is als
 o important to \nshow how research infrastructure \ncreated benefits to com
 munities \nand collaboration. The theme is to \nanswer some important quest
 ions \non how to establish research \nconnectivity while defining \nconcret
 e steps for different parties \nto contribute. Different discussions \nwill
  be stimulated during e-AGE to \ndrive outcomes and concrete \nresults on t
 he practical steps \ntowards developing the regional e-\nInfrastructure and
