 uthority (CIRA)\, the \norganization that manages the .CA \nInternet domain
 \, will be hosting the \nthird annual Canadian Internet \nForum (CIF) natio
 nal event this \ncoming February in Ottawa. The \nCIF will once again provi
 de \nCanadians with the opportunity to \ncome together with leading \ndomes
 tic and international Internet \nexperts to discuss the hot topics \nthat a
 ffect the Canadian Internet.\n\nWhen is it?\n\nCIRA will be hosting the CIF
  \nnational event in Ottawa on \nFebruary 28\, 2013.\nThe national event wi
 ll be followed \nby an online forum\, where \nCanadians will be able to con
 tinue \nthe conversations from the day.\nWhat will be discussed?\n\nFrom In
 ternet policy and \ngovernance to digital literacy and \nInternet security\
 , the CIF national \nevent will cover the hot button \nissues that affect t
 he Internet in \nCanada.\nA primer of what will be discussed \non the day c
 an be found in the final \nreport on the 2012 CIF.\nThe CIF is another oppo
 rtunity for \nCanadians to discuss and debate \ntopics that influences the
