PROSPECTS & MAJOR OBSTACLES FOR INTERNET GROWTH IN CAMBODIA The Internet growth in Cambodia is very small because of the high cost of the international Internet backbone, there are no local contents, the Khmer localization fonts are not yet available, and Infrastructure (access network) is still very poor.
