Mail transfer outside the country via the gateway in South Africa takes place three times a day. Mail is stored on the Mango PC in Harare which is accessed via a modem and local (Harare) phone call using Fidonet software (Marimba or FrontDoor, which use Binkley and Squish, for PC users and MacWoof/ZZWoof for Macintosh users). Mango also provides a number of external conference feeds on a variety of subjects, as well as various local conferences of interest to its members.
