Well - Internet is still a dream in the future, but it is true: I have developed the oldest e-mail store-and-forward service in Cambodia since early 1994. If an Internet ramp finally will come to Cambodia, we hope to get access too, as I have been the person who took the initiative in January '96 to establish contact with the Asia Interconnectivity Internet Initiative ("AI3") from Japan, which may result in a satellite link later this year. At present we are a UUCP dislup service, with three international mail exchange connections per day.
