This server is home for a variety of subjects; On-line catalogue, Activity calendar, Campus visit, People on Campus, Archeolgical data, Hot projects on campus, etc. (Some of the pages are under dynamic construction) AUB is still working on the upgrade of its Internet link. We noticed lately some serious improvements at the PTT's infrastructure level and we are still actively lobbying for parallel regulatory changes. We are still working on connecting other universities and research institutions to the internet. The Lebanese Academic and Research Network (LARN) project is still pending. The number of Internet users is around 350 now and we expect a steady growth of at least 10 new users per month. AUB will also connect three new students' labs within this academic year.
