MPTC (myself responsible for the international leased line) provide the the Cambodia half circuit. > What equipment are you using for routers, servers, modems, etc. ? We use:- Router Cisco 2501 - Acer altos 9000 PRO for server - CSU/DSU model RAD for G 703 for international - AT&A Paradyne V.34 dial up Rack Modem - Cisco RAS 2511 - Zyxel V.34 Leased line Rack Modem (for local leased) - RAS Moxa for local leased line. > Can you provide an estimate of the total number of Internet users in > Cambodia at this time ? ** At the moment we have only two ISPs (CamNet and BigPond), three email service exchange and link to ISP CamNet. ** In Cambodia we have internet users around 2000 with in the only e-amil users. > Can you provide an estimate of the users, in percentages, for the > following categories? Academic/Research and Education around 5 % Commercial around 45 % NGO/non-profit around 40 % Government around 10 % This CamNet project is a 3 years cooperative with IDRC (International Development Research Centre of Canada) and we provide for Commercial and Subsidised users.
