Dr. Nguyen Van biography:

Nguyen Hong Van worked for Information Technology Center at Ministry of Science and 
Technology, Vietnam after her graduation from Hanoi University of Science and 
Technology (HUST). She took part in many projects related to the development and 
implementation of ICT applications at ministries and Governmental organizations in 
Vietnam. From 2002 to 2008, she was a PhD student of Computer Science at department 
of Computer and Systems Sciences, Stockholm University and Royal Institute of 
Technology, SWEDEN. Her research interests include protocol engineering, congestion 
control, network technology and the application of mobile agent paradigms. In 
2006 and 2008, Dr. Nguyen Hong Van obtained Ph.Lic. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer 
and Systems Sciences from the Stockholm University, SWEDEN. Since 2010, she has been 
working for National Agency for Science and Technology Information (NASATI) at Ministry 
of Science and Technology, Vietnam.  She is currently a Director of Vietnam research 
and education network (VinaREN).
