## Tutorial overview
In this technical tutorial we will review DNS essentials, then proceed to
its security aspects, covering abuse and misuse of the DNS, and attacks
and vulnerabilities of the various components that make up the domain
name system. We will then discuss ways in which these can be prevented
or mitigated, including DNSSEC (DNS Security extensions).
